1.  How long is the class series?  We offer a 12 week course that is DCFS approved. Join at any time and your first class will start the 12 week course.  

2. Can anyone take the class?  Yes the class is open to everyone.  We love helping parents get their breakthrough and results.  For any parent who wants to learn more about parenting technique and solutions.  

3. What is the class schedule?  Class is every Wednesday at 8:30pm-9:30pm.  Once you purchase your 12 week course you will receive an email with the class link and further information.  

4. Is it DCF and court approved?  Yes we are DCFS approved.  You will receive a certificate once you have completed all 12 courses.

5. Do I have to go to all the classes?  To get your DCFS certificate you must attend all 12 classes.  

6. Are there any refunds?  At this time we do not offer any refunds.

7. Can I just take one class?   We do not offer individual classes at this time.  You are welcome to order the 12 courses and only go to the one class you are looking for.  If you need the DCFS certificate you must attend all 12 classes.

8. How can I pay?  We take Mastercard, Visa, PayPal 

9. What if I have to miss a class?  You can make up the class you missed as it comes up again in the 12 week rotation.  This may delay your certificate.
